How to collect useful logs before opening a support thread?

Before posting a troubleshooting request, what logs and diagnostics should we include to speed up support?

I want to follow best practices and provide enough technical detail from the start.

Great question. Please include:
- board model and architecture
- OS version and app version
- exact error message
- relevant logs around failure time
- steps to reproduce

This usually cuts resolution time significantly.
